Dear host families,

The LFA community is reaching out to you today because your participation in the VEMUN conference is crucial in order to ensure its success. The LFA is hosting its own conference that will take place from March 14th to 16th, welcoming about 80 students from all over Europe. They will share the unique opportunity to debate about Exercising Global Responsiblity in the European Union with the students of the LFA and Notre Dame de Grandchamp. However the success of this new experience relies on your help with this project.

Your participation in this unique project would imply that you host one or more foreign student(s) during the two nights of Friday, March 14th and Saturday, March 15th. This support would include providing accommodation, transport and meals to the visiting delegate(s). 

On the host family form, you will be asked to identify the type of accommodation you can provide so that we can find the best match possible for the host family and the guest student(s).  We will also put you in direct contact with the guest student(s) prior to the conference so that you can begin exchanging before March 14th.

Lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday (bag lunch). There will also be several refreshment breaks during the day. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and dinner on Saturday would be provided by the host families. Host families will be assigned a guest student(s) that matches their dietary practices as indicated on the host family form.
