Fees:

Conference fees include lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Snacks Friday-Saturday-Sunday), social event, drinks at social event and conference materials. Dinner on Friday night will be organised by committee in Versailles (not included in fees – plan on around 15 euros per delegate).

Delegation size:

Up to 10 delegates.

Ages:

The VEMUN 2026 conference is open for high-school students ages 15 to 18. A teacher / chaperone is required to accompany students, and we cannot accept students as MUN directors.

Format:

The conference consists of five committees. Each visiting school will represent one or two member states in each committee.
